Our Manufacturing Unit
This is a family group company. The parent company, "B. C. Mashruwala & Bros." was established in the year 1925 with the primary aim of doing simple trading activities of Pipes, Pipe-fittings and Valves. Our parent company was started by a young and enterprising tradesman, Mr. C. K. Mashruwala. Slowly, he was joined by his sons and over a period of time, the company grew into a big and strong organization, having its branch in Mumbai and doing multifarious trading activities. In the year 1989, after gaining 49 years of marketing experience, we plunged headlong into manufacturing of Flanges, Fittings & Valves and started a unit - VENUS FITTINGS & VALVES PRIVATE LIMITED (VFVL). A piece of land was acquired in Sanand, near Ahmedabad and a factory shed with office premises, workshop, staff room, store room and packing department was constructed on this open plot. This factory, which is now run by efficient engineers, skilled and semi-skilled workers and artisans, is catering to chemical, petrochemical and process industries, petroleum refineries, pharmaceutical companies, sugar & textile mills, cement & solvent plants, hydroelectric, thermal & atomic power stations, boiler & turbine manufacturers, fertilizer complexes and air-conditioning & fire-fighting systems. |
